General information, not advice. Everything InvestWhen produces — feed reads, digests and chat answers — is AI-generated, direction-level market information for a general audience. It is NOT investment, tax, legal or other professional advice, NOT a personal recommendation, and never a buy/sell call on a specific security. Markets carry risk; verify before you act, and consult a licensed adviser for decisions about your own money.

1. The service

InvestWhen is a subscription service that synthesizes licence-safe public sources (central banks, official statistics, regulators and vetted feeds) into direction-level reads on markets, sectors and macro themes, delivered as a live feed, email digests and an interactive market chat. All output is AI-generated on our own EU infrastructure, may contain errors or omissions, and is informational only.

2. Your account & acceptable use

You must be at least 18, provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You must not misuse the chat — for example to extract system, internal or other users' information, to generate unlawful content, or to circumvent usage limits — and you must not scrape, resell or redistribute our content. The assistant may refuse such requests. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe; prices include VAT and are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period; upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the current period. We do not store your card details.

4. Right of withdrawal

As digital content that starts immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that this waives the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for the current billing period. Your consent is recorded. You can still cancel future renewals at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Data

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing page. You can export or delete your data anytime from your account.

7. Governing law & contact
